Heart and Soul

This week I traveled to Rochester, NY to make my first trip to Kodak headquarters. Upon entering the historic Kodak building in downtown Rochester I was greeted by the nicest and friendliest person I met on my entire trip. I met Pamela Young! --- Note the exclamation point. Pamela exudes and exemplifies the exclamation point with her outgoing and easy nature. She says she “earned” the exclamation point and I believe her. She sure made me feel welcomed and made my trip to Rochester memorable.

What’s in a Job Title?

I found out that Pamela has one of the coolest titles I’ve heard in a long time. She is the Director of First Impressions and she truly is the first person you will meet when you visit Kodak’s HQ offices in Rochester.
